OBJECTIVE: TO INCREASE ICE CREAM DAYS ATTENDANCE BY 20%. 

STRATEGY: TO POSITION ICE CREAM DAYS AS A FESTIVAL FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CREATE THEIR SWEETEST MEMORIES. 

TARGET: 30-40 YEAR OLD ADULTS IN A 60 MILE RADIUS OF LE MARS, IOWA.
